Terms and Conditions of Sale
When you place an order to purchase copy/ies of the Uncommon Sound book or any other product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing its details. When your order is ready to ship, we will send you another email to advise you of your order’s status.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee shipping times or delivery dates. Please keep in mind that delivery estimates and availability estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. When we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail should any products in your order not be available.
Please note that deliveries to non-US and non-EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges, which vary greatly from country to country, and cannot predict what they may be. All EU residents must pay 6% V.A.T. unless they can provide us with a v.a.t. number and proof of tax-exempt status.
Prices may be changed without notice due to international currency fluctuations beyond our control.
